Welcome to DATUS Enabling Recovery. Based at the Birmingham Inclusive Recovery City Hub (BIRCH) in the heart of Digbeth but operating across Birmingham we are a Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO)

We strengthen treatment and recovery pathways; facilitate early intervention, harm reduction and prevention and connect with communities through practical relationship-based services.

We are a peer led organisation, committed to co-design, co-production and using real-time local intelligence to inform our thinking, planning and delivery. We treat recovery from addiction and substance misuse as a collective asset that mobilises peers, residents and partners to build safer, more connected communities.

We recognise that the terms addiction and misuse are far reaching and include many things and behaviours. However, our focus is on recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and misuse.
